Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 9-5
Wednesday and Thursday: 9-7
Saturday 9-4
Our facility is closed on Sundays and major holidays.
Appointments: Please arrive
15 minutes early for your appointment
to complete a routine intake analysis and to ensure smooth transition to the spa. We cannot
guarantee service for late arrivals.
Cancellations:
It is necessary to notify us
at least twenty-four hours in
advance if you are unable to
keep your appointment. Papillon
cannot foresee interrupted appointments
due to weather, sickness, emergency,
death, etc. In the event that
a service provider is unable
to work, Papillon will do everything
possible to reschedule the appointment
in a timely manner.
Children:
For their own safety and the
comfort of our clients we ask
that children do not accompany
you on your visit. If it is
necessary, we ask that children
remain in the lobby area accompanied
by an adult. At no time are
children under the age of 12
permitted in the spa.
Return Policy: We are proud to offer the highest quality, cosmeceutical grade
products. If a return is necessary, with receipt, a refund will be issued within 30 days of purchase. All makeup products are
final sale. No cash refunds will be given - a store credit will be issued.
Gratuity:
Gratuities are not included
in the price of our services.
Tipping envelopes are provided
at the front desk for your convenience.
